We are happy to announce the addition of MUSIC TOGETHER® to NannyBoo's Preschool! Music has always been an integral part of the NannyBoo's learning experience. Not only does it add great academic value, but it's also just so much fun!

Music Together® is an early childhood music and movement program for children from birth through age eight. First offered in 1987, the music classes help little ones develop their innate musicality—and much, much more. Music Together's® childhood music curriculum has decades of research behind it, in both music education and child development." NannyBoo's shares Music Together's® philosophy in recognizing that children learn through play, which makes learning music in class engaging and fun!

music together® Curriculum

The Music Together® curriculum provides children with the opportunity to learn music in developmentally appropriate ways; supports their language, cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development; enhances the classroom experience; supports family engagement by giving parents enjoyable and significant ways to nurture their children's development; and enhances happiness and well-being in the school community. As part of the Music Together® curriculum, we teach weekly music and movement classes. Recordings, songbooks, and teaching materials are provided to the classroom and family. Children "bring the music home" for parent-child music play, sharing the songs and activities learned in school.
